Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can request refund in the following cases:
If the item you have received is different from the one you ordered.
If the watch you received is not functioning.
If The Watch you received is damaged.
If your package didn’t reach your destination.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed
To send the return watch kindly contact us so that we can provide you address to send the watch back to us. Cost of shipping the item back to us are to be covered by the customer.
First of all, we will shoot a real unpacking inspection video for you before delivery, for you to check the quality, and confirm that the product is the style and quality you want, you agree we will ship, if you are not satisfied with our delivery before you can give you a full refund, once the product is confirmed to be shipped, non-quality problems do not accept any reason to return.
In order to get customer satisfaction you have 7 Days from the moment your package arrives to tell us if there is a fault with your watch or watch parts. If we do not hear of any complaints about your watches or watch parts within 7 Days, we will accept that you are agree with your order and there are no issues to resolve.
If the watch has a problem, just ship it back to us and we will repair it in the Factory.
We do not accept refund and exchange unless on very special terms. Refunds if offered will be issued for the total amount of the purchase product less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customer expense.
All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we ship it) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Once approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your account or other payment method within 48 hours. If merchandise are not in the original condition or missing original packaging is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Special reminder: Once the watch is worn, if there is any quality problem, it can only be returned to the factory for repair and cannot be returned. Because once the watch is worn, there will be obvious traces. Even if it has only been worn for a while, such a watch will become a second-hand watch and cannot be sold again. Such a watch factory will not return it to us. Can only be returned to the factory for repair. And it cannot be returned or exchanged, so I suggest you to test it carefully before wearing it.
